Inspired by generations of craftsmanship behind artisanal Japanese soy sauces, the challenge encourages participants to transform exceptional ingredients into original, shelf-stable, clean-label creations across food, dessert and beverage categories.

Entries must follow the challenge brief, including its clean-label requirements, with no preservatives, artificial colours or artificial flavours. Products must meet the applicable category guidelines and judging criteria.

3. Use the same email address for your application and purchase.
4. Once your application and payment have been verified, your enrolment will be confirmed and your Creator Kit prepared for dispatch.
